Releasing Quarantined
Emails Each morning, you will be welcomed by a quarantine email. This email will show you any emails that were caught by the filter.
Quickly you can scan
through this list and see if there are any emails that should be
released. |

2. & Whitelist
- This will
"release" the email PLUS will automatically whitelist the sender.
Using this function will allow any future emails from this sender to
automatically bypass the filter rules. |

Located at the top right hand corner of the quarantine email is a link to take you directly to the Quarantine portal. To enter the portal, you will need to enter your email address and portal password. You should have received a separate email from the system with this information. If you do not have this, just give our helpdesk a call where we can quickly reset it for you. Some organizations point of contact also have the capability to reset your password too. | |||||||||||||||||
